Performance analysis of the refrigerant-cooling radiant terminal: A numerical simulation

چکیده

The existing radiant cooling systems have the drawback of low energy efficiency due to its secondary heat exchange via chilled water. To overcome this dilemma, a novel refrigerant-cooling terminal (RCRT) system utilizing refrigerant as direct medium is proposed. A detailed numerical model established describe transfer characteristics and validated with experimental data. influences operating parameters indoor ambient on thermal performance RCRT are analyzed based model. Results show that proportion sensible, latent capacity 55.5%, 17.3% 27.2%, respectively, which indicates natural convection main contributor in process.
